30 minutes

1. Cut chicken fillets lengthwise so that you have 4 pieces of meat.

2. Tenderize meat and season with pepper.

3. Brush ovenproof dish with vegetable oil and place fillets into it.

4. Cover the meat with a layer of crème fraîche, mixed with herbs and salt.

5. Place pineapple rings on top.

6. Cover with cheese. Bake at 180 °C for around 20 minutes in the oven.

7. Serve hot.
