With nearly 476 stores across Europe and 193 stores in Germany, Mix Markt is the largest supermarket chain for Eastern European food products.

- A catchment area of approx. 25 km with over 100,000 inhabitants
- Migrant share in the area approx. 8–11%
Preferred Locations
- Densely populated residential areas with a high share of migrants
- Sites near commercial hubs (e.g., DIY stores, furniture stores, food discounters, department stores, textile discounters, fast food)
- Unrestricted approval for operating a grocery store
Property Requirements
- 450–1,200 m² sales area (ground floor only)
- 30+ parking spaces (preferably ground level)
- Very good transport connections (motorway or major roads)
- Stand-alone properties preferred
Target Regions
We set clear priorities for expansion:
- Priority A (top locations): Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Cologne, Hamburg, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Bochum, Hanover, Wiesbaden, Freiburg, Osnabrück, Paderborn
- Priority B: e.g., Esslingen, Lüneburg, Wolfsburg, Emden
- Priority C: e.g., Baden-Baden, Coburg, Deggendorf, Straubing
