Description

Gratinated pork with vegetables is a tasty and satisfying dish – real comfort food. Thanks to the delicate sauce made from sour cream and mustard, the meat remains juicy and delivers an aromatic flavor profile.

For this recipe, we recommend you to prepare the pork with zucchini and tomatoes. But you can replace them with other vegetables. For example, thick onion rings and mushrooms go well with each other, also aubergines and peppers. You can even experiment with different spices and herbs - a perfect combination is made by garlic, rosemary and cilantro.
