Surprise Plombir ice cream

Plombir ice cream has been the most popular ice cream in Eastern Europe for centuries. For generations, people have been spoiling each other with this sweet dish. Today we suggest how you can make an ice cream dessert with filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ice cream
  • 1 nectarine
  • 50 g strawberry flavoured fruit quark
  • 50 g peach flavoured fruit quark
  • Mint
  • Balsamic vinegar for decoration

Description

We have known Ice cream in a waffle since childhood. It may not be a masterpiece of Italian gelateria. But for many of us, the best thing the day could offer us was creamy ice cream with a moderately sweet aftertaste.

We would like to present a recipe with a peach and strawberry quark filling and a piece of nectarine.

Do not worry if the ice has already started to melt on the way home. That's exactly what we need.

With a few simple steps, a melted dessert is transformed into a miracle with quark and fruit. The filling can also be of yogurt or even jam, marshmallows and biscuits. You are the cook.

Watch out.
