  • 10 tartlets
  • 200 g of crab meat
  • 150 g salmon
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 60 g of butter
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 radishes

You can buy ready made tartlets so you do not have to spend time and energy baking them yourself. If you are not a fan of salmon, you can replace it with other ingredients as you like.

1. Place all the ingredients, except the tartlets, cucumber and radishes, into a blender.

2. Blend to a cream.

3. Fill the cream into a piping bag and carefully fill the tartlets.

4. Cut the radishes and cucumber into thin rings or half-rings.

5. Decorate the cream with vegetables and herbs. Serve cold.
