Today we would like to introduce you to a simple and quick recipe for beef skewers with vegetables. The beef rolls turn juicy and fragrant, and the stuffing of vegetables imbues the meat with a special, spicy touch.


  • Beef fillet 800 g
  • 1 big celery stick
  • 1 big pepper
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 20 ml of vegetable oil


Shashlik skewers quickly prepared? That's possible - with beef rolls! This dish can be a real lifesaver when suddenly guests appear at your doorstep: with a minimum of ingredients you can cook a very tasty and original dish in just 20 minutes.

You can prepare stuffing of beef rolls with many ingredients, such as zucchini or whole mushrooms. Bacon strips or cheese can also be filled in the roulades. The meat must not always be coated only with mustard, you can also use mayonnaise or soy sauce and olive oil. Enjoy!

1. Cut celery into stripes.

2. Deseed the pepper and cut into stripes too.

3. Tenderize the meat.

4. Spread mustard over meat. Place vegetables in the middle.

5. Roll into small roulades and stuck them on skewers.

6. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 ºC in the oven.
