  • the amount of data transferred and the message about successful retrieval

The temporary storage of your IP address and other access data by the system is necessary to enable the delivery of our website to your device. 5. Processing of personal data when using Google Analytics

On our website, we use the Google Analytics analytics tool of Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google) to tailor the design and optimisation of our website offers.

As part of the contract on data processing we have with Google, Google uses the information we collect to compile an evaluation of the use and activity on our website.

For this purpose, so-called tracking cookies are stored on your device. The information about your website usage generated by these cookies is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The transferred information will then be used on our behalf to evaluate the use of our website, and to provide us with further services for the purposes of market research and customisation of this website.

Google also uses this information to compile reports on our online activities and to provide us with services related to the use of this online offering and internet usage. We also use Google Analytics to display advertisements placed within Google and its affiliate advertising services only to users who showed an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (such as interest in certain products and services based on the websites visited by the user) which we transmit to Google (so-called Google Audiences). With the help of the Google Audiences application that we incorporated into our website, we want to ensure that our ads are in line with the potential interest of users of our website and are not annoying.

On our website, an anonymisation code was added to Google Analytics to ensure that IP addresses are recorded only anonymously and to exclude a direct personal reference (so-called IP masking).

Your IP address will therefore be shortened (IP-Masking) and transferred to and saved in the US only in anonymised form when you submit your IP address within the European Union member states or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and truncated there.

The data collected from you will therefore not be used to identify you personally and will not be collated with personally identifiable information about you.

You have the following options for stopping the analysis carried out by Google Analytics:

You can prevent Google from tracking the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google at any time in the future, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in. http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

The web analysis will remain disabled until the browser plug-in is disabled or erased. The browser plug-in must be set separately for each browser and device. That is, if you do not want the web analysis to be carried out on other devices or different browsers that the ones you use, you must add the browser plug-in on all browsers and devices that you use to visit our website.

We also integrated Google Analytics on our website in such a way that you can directly prevent the processing of your user data by Google Analytics from your device via a so-called opt-out cookie with future effect. If you activate the following button, an opt-out cookie is set directly for your device, which prevents the analysis performed by Google:

If you want to disable analysis for other devices that you use, you must re-enable the opt-out cookie for each of these devices.

For details on the purpose and scope of the data processing, collection and use of Google Analytics, please refer to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Notice at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/ and GoogleAnalytics at:

http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html

https://policies.google.com/privacy/update?hl=en

https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

The data processed by Google Analytics will be automatically deleted after 26 months.

The provision of personal data to Google is not required by law or by contract. But without the described processing of the data, an analysis and evaluation of the use of our website and optimisation of the services offered by us is not possible. Our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data according to Art. 6 para. 1, f GDPR lies in the purposes of data processing.

6. Processing of personal data when using Google (re-) marketing services

On our website, we use the Google Audiences and Double Click (re-)marketing services of the Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google) to design and optimise our website offers according to our users’ needs.

The Google (re-)marketing services allow us to better target advertisements for and on our website so that you can see offers and ads that might be of interest to you when visiting our website. This includes, for example, seeing advertisements for specific products on our website that you are interested in on other websites. This is called “remarketing”. For remarketing, when retrieving our website and other websites where Google marketing services are active, Google will immediately execute a Google code and so-called (re-)marketing tags (invisible graphics or codes, also known as “web beacons”) will be incorporated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie is stored on your device (instead of cookies, comparable technologies can also be used). The cookies can be set by different domains, including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservices.com. This cookie indicates which websites you visited, which content you are interested in and which offers you clicked on. In addition, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring web pages, visit time and other information on the use of the online offer are stored. Your IP address will also be recorded, and we will use Google Analytics to inform you that the IP address will be truncated, i.e. Anonymised within the European Union member states or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and, and only in exceptional cases, transferred to a Google server in the US and truncated there.

Your IP address will not be merged with data from other Google offers. The above information may also be linked by Google with such information from other sources. When you subsequently visit other websites, you may see ads tailored to your interests.

Your data will be processed pseudonymously by Google marketing services. Google does not store and process your name or e-mail address, but processes the relevant data in a cookie-related manner within pseudonymous user profiles. From the perspective of Google, the ads are not managed and displayed to a specifically identified person, but to a cookie owner, regardless of who that cookie owner is. This does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymisation. The information collected about users through Google marketing services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the United States.

We can engage third-party ads based on Google's DoubleClick marketing service. DoubleClick uses cookies that enable Google and its affiliate websites to display ads based on users' visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.

For more information about Google's data usage for marketing purposes, see the overview page: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads , Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

If you wish to opt-out of interest-based advertising provided by Google marketing services, you can take advantage of Google's setup and opt-out options: http://www.google.com/ads/preferences.

For details on the purpose and scope of the data processing, collection and use of Google (re-)marketing services, please refer to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Notice at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/ and further information at:

https://policies.google.com/privacy/update?hl=en

https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

The provision of personal data to Google is not required by law or by contract. But without the described processing of the data, an analysis and evaluation of the use of our website and optimisation of the services offered by us is not possible. Our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data according to Art. 6 para. 1, f GDPR lies in the purposes of data processing.
