Ingredients

  • Freshwholemilk 500 g
  • Egg yolks 120 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • Gelatin 200 Bloom 8g
  • Cornstarch 45 g
  • Vanilla and lemon peel

Description

  • Bring the milk to a boil with the flavors
  • Pour over the yolks mixed with the sugar and cornstarch
  • Bring to cooking
  • Add the re-hydrated gelatine
  • Let cool quickly and fill the cake.
