Ingredients

  • 2 chicken wings
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 big carrot
  • 200 g spaghetti or vermicelli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and spices to taste

Description

Scientists proved it: chicken soup contains nutrients dissolved from the bones and tendons, which liquefy mucus in the event of a cold and thus actually help with the symptoms. Our recipe for chicken soup is so simple that even beginners in the kitchen can gain experience with it. Instead of a whole chicken it is prepared with chicken wings. This eliminates the work of cutting up of the chicken.

Although chicken wings are relatively low in meat, they are rich in tendons, skin and other connective tissue. During cooking, minerals and other nutrients dissolve into the water, that combines them with potatoes, onions and carrots to a fortifying broth. The highlight of this version are the noodles that are cooked directly in the soup. Their energy makes this soup a fortifying main course.
