It is believed that pancakes were one of the first dishes humans started to cook after learning how to make flour.

In Eastern Europe they prepared pancakes for Carnival, to say goodbye to the winter and to greet the spring.
Today pancakes are usually enjoyed on weekends when there is enough time to pamper the whole family without much effort.

A Russian proverb says: "The first pancake never succeeds". But that's not true, if you prepare pancakes according to our recipe. It is simple and detailed. Photos and a video will help you to make perfect pancakes the first time.
