Chicken roulades in a wonderful creamy sauce - a great recipe for lunch or dinner that's quick and easy to prepare. The unusual taste combination of chicken fillet with salty feta and fresh peach will delight both adults and children!


  • 3-4 chicken breast fillets
  • 250 g peaches
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grainy mustard
  • 300 ml cream 20%
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Salt to taste


The problem with chicken fillet: The meat is not particularly juicy and is not very aromatic on its own. To render the chicken breast fillet juicy and spicy, you should definitely top it with a sauce and use plenty of spices.

We offer you a simple recipe for meat rolls: tender chicken breast fillet stuffed with feta cheese and peach, baked with a creamy sauce in the oven. If you do not like peach, you can replace it with cherries. This retains the extravagant touch of this dish. Incidentally, you can add potatoes to the sauce and bake them with the meat. In this way you do not have to prepare an extrat side dish.

1. Cut feta cheese into pieces.

2. Cut peaces into crescent-like shapes.

3. Incise the chicken breasts from the inner side with a knife so that the surface increases twice.

4. Spread 1 teaspoon grainy mustard over the meat.

5. Place the peaches on top.

6. Add feta cheese on top.

7. Turn the meat to a roulade and fix the edges with toothpicks.

8. To firm up the shape of the roulade, you can put it for 10 minutes into the freezer.

9. Place the roulades in an ovenproof dish.

10. Pour over cream. Bake at 220 °C for 25 minutes in the oven.

11. Serve the roulades hot.
